Terms and Conditions

  • All pupils must be paid up 1 lesson in advance.
Examples
  1. If not block booking pupil will pay for 1st & 2nd lesson on first lesson pay for 3rd lesson on second lesson and so on then when test day comes round the last 2 hours are already paid for.
  2. If block booking next block is to be paid for on last lesson of current block.
  3. If next lesson is not paid for by midnight on the day of last lesson the slot may be offered to someone waiting for lessons.
  • Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged.
  • If a lesson is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice and is charged 2 lessons need to be paid on next lesson to put pupil back to 1 lesson in advance.
  • If a block booking is paid for and for any reason a refund is requested any hours that have been used will be charged at standard hourly rate.
  • If a pupil is deemed to not be ready for test in our opinion and test is booked the test date will be put back or the pupil will have to go to test in their own car without instructor.
